One medical provider messed up my account, thus, they owed me $20. The manager promised she would credit the bill. However, I got the bill and there was no credit. I called them and they said, “Oops! We’ll make sure it is on the next bill. I got the new bill and there was no credit. Instead, the bill has a warning they are turning me into the credit agency.
I tried calling again, but they were closed. So, I attempted to access my account online. It said I don’t have an account with them. So, the next day I called and they said again, “Oops! We forgot.” It never ends!
I have stacks of other bills and claims that have been mis-billed, mis-paid, mis-denied, mis-placed, mis-charged, etc. Most take me 4-6 months to resolve! It is all so hard to keep track of when I can’t even remember to feed the dog (thankfully she barks when she is out of food or water). Arrrggghhhh!
