I’m “The Cherry Monster!” Feed Me!

June 10, 2017 By Sherri

“The Cherry Monster” is very happy! My friend, Mike, owner of Taylor Produce hooked me up with the most delicious, HUGE cherries from Palisade! Wowee!

Get yours at a location in Colorado near you! Find them in Grand Junction, the Parker Farmers Market, East Parker, Eagle, Franktown, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs.

According to Dr. Joseph Mercola cherries are good:

Antioxidant Protection. Cherries contain powerful antioxidants like anthocyanins and cyanidin. …
Cancer-Preventive Compounds. …
Reduce Inflammation and Your Risk of Gout. …
Support Healthy Sleep (Melatonin) …
Arthritis Pain Relief. …
Reduce Belly Fat. …
Reduce Post-Exercise Muscle Pain. …
Lower Risk of Stroke.

Sherri’s Spaghetti Squash Boat

April 4, 2014 By Sherri

Photo: Enjoying my Spaghetti Squash Boat. A new recipe I put together. Normally eat chicken, but used some left over, organic, grass-fed beef and mushrooms. Considering my diet has been so strict, it was nice to eat something different!Enjoying my Spaghetti Squash Boat. A new recipe I put together. Beware of the Celery Monster

June 18, 2011 By Sherri

My diet is full of good things such as kale, spinach, beets, herbs, celery, carrots, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower and more. So, I pass down those health habits to my baby!

Who ever said it is hard to get kids eat healthy? She eats vegetables twice a day! But I will say just like her daddy, she hates zucchini. See my precious kid gobble up some celery!

Who ever said it was hard to get kids to eat healthy?
